The focus is on
- promote gender and diversity competencies
- develop and organize seminars, lectures, workshops
- support scientists (especially female scientists) in their academic careers ((Self)-Empowerment, Networking…) e.g. with workshops and trainings
- provide introductory information and practical recommendations for the integration of gender and diversity aspects into research and teaching
