There is no poster template, but we ask you to follow the guidelines:

 

1. Please bring your poster printed out in A0 format (width x height = 84.1 x 118.9 cm, portrait format) with you to the symposium. The posters will be placed in the foyer of the Institute of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Arnimallee 22, 14195 Berlin. Unfortunately, we cannot offer printing service.

 

2. We provide boards (1,000mm (width) x 2,000mm (height)) and pins. Each board will be labeled with a number, so please visit the registration desk and/or see the poster installation map to inquire about your board number, as well as instructions and assistance on hanging posters. Please do not use stickers.

 

3. The poster must be placed by 10:30 am on Monday, October 5, 2026, at the latest, better during the registration time 8:30 – 9:00 am.

 

4. Please stand next to your poster during the poster session (October 5, 2026 from 4:15 pm).

 

5. Your poster must hang throughout the symposium. Please do not remove your poster until the closing remarks are over.
